9/22/22 Bought a brand new Samsung refrigerator. Its been 2 weeks since the old fridge went out. For over 1 1/2 weeks I’ve been on the phone with Technical Support being lied to about return calls & a service call being made to my house fix or replace this brand new refrigerator I purchased an it’s still not working. I’ve lost plenty of food from freezer because of nowhere to store food. living out of a ice cooler because we can’t purchase food to put inside of a nonfunctioning refrigerator. I have a six month old son and we have to throw away his bottles or jars of baby food because they were spoiled after leaving open and we cannot put them back into the refrigerator to keep cool. I am frustrated, pissed off, angry, disappointment and unsatisfied with this Samsung product and the customer service for Samsung.
