Tv sound out of sync with Sky Q.Spent literally hours on phone with their Customer service who failed to fix the problem with my £4000 flag ship tv. Bought direct from Samsung. NEVER do this as they do not know how to fix issues, fail to call you back and to be honest don't seem bothered.. Still not working correctly after 4 calls and hours wasted on the phone. Really Really poor service .
