I've had great experiences buying Samsung products for years, but this may stop me from doing so in the future. I wanted to buy a new pair of wireless earbuds, I had bought the Galaxy Buds Pro on launch and recently lost them.After seeing online that these were not available anymore, and the most recent release of Buds2 Pro had gotten bad reviews compared to the first, I wanted to contact support and ask them why. As I had created a ticket on the Samsung page and was waiting for someone to respond, they closed my ticket after about 15 minutes. No response. Then I created another ticket, but once again the conversation got deleted after about 15 minutes. Awful experience.I would say don't buy any Samsung products until they get this sorted.
