I bought my daughter a Samsung watch for Christmas the watch burned her arm really bad I’ve been in contact with customer service and they are totally useless and they demand that I send the watch back after they made me send them a copy of my daughters burn a copy of the doctors note and a copy of the receipt that I paid for the watch. I received a box yesterday which is a baggie, one rubber glove and return label and I told them I’m not returning The watch until they straighten out my situation. Why so they could cover their asses I’m still dealing with them and yet again the customer service is totally useless horrible
