I had an order for a Family hub fridge frizer on Nov 22nd 2022. The delviery sent incompetent people, lost the fridge once and in the 5th attempt, they showed me that the fridge was damaged in many parts while in delivery. Therefore, I have rejected the delivery on Dec 5th and called the support to update them.Since then, I have been in touch with the support every 4-5 days max and 50 days later still don't have my money back!Apparently Samsung only hire incompetent people because I have talked to 10-12 support people and all of them said that they will send me an email with the confirmation of what they did, and only 1 person did this. The support says that I have canceled the order and 3 hours later I receive an email saying that I would have it delivered tomorrow. I send an email for following up and 10 days after cancelation, the support says: "You have canceled your order just yesterday! We are not late!". The support says, the accounting gave an update that your money will be transfered to your account in 7-10 days. Then I receive only £29.99 that I have paid for delivery and installation.The support says, we have escalated the case and will come back to you urgently (40 days after cancelation), but not only they don't, I receive another email from the customer service saying that:"You are returning: 0 x Samsung Family Hub"Not only Samsung is a horrible company, but they break the law without hesitation. Based on the UK law they had only 15 days to give my money back and they are already 35 days past that time.www gov uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refundsYou must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back.I should be stupid if I ever buy anything else from Samsung!!!!
