I have a Samsung Jet90 Vacuum

I have a Samsung Jet90 Vacuum. Last year the felt on the bottom of the carpet cleaner head came off and I had a terrible time getting it replaced. The process involved taking the head to a Samsung authorised technician. He then told me it had come off (no kidding), & I would need a new head. He ordered it and 6 weeks later, after 3 follow up calls, I finally received the replacement. This week, exactly the same thing occurred. I called Samsung but refused to drive 50km out of my way to the same incompetent technician when a simple fix would be a replacement head. After arguing this point, Samsung allowed me to send a picture of the fault & it would be assessed in house. Today they advised that because I had been vacuuming rough surfaces they would not replace the head. So if carpet is considered a rough surface, how are you suppose to use their product to vacuum it. Totally dissatisfied and will NEVER purchase Samsung again.Funny thing is, when my Dyson vacuum battery stopped charging, Dyson just sent me a replacement - no questions asked. They also apologised. Should have stuck with Dyson.
