Customer service is TERRIBLE! I had an issue with an order I placed online so I called to try to have the issue fixed. Huge communication barrier. She had no idea what I was saying and I couldn't understand a word she was saying. Now, if you work in a call center, I would assume you would need to know how to speak, understand English. They should really have an option of where you can press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish, 3 for French and so on. I was so annoyed that I went online and canceled my $6k+ order. Done with Samsung
