Horrible experience!

Horrible experience! I ordered a large 110lb TV from Samsung and paid for installation (through Angi) since it’s too big for me to lift. The TV arrived on time but the installation date was postponed multiple times. It’s pretty ridiculous that I took off from work to meet the id!ots just so they can reschedule 20 minutes before they’re scheduled to arrive… 5 times!! I finally gave up and hired an installer at my own expense. Samsung and Angi accept no responsibility for wasting my time off and the additional money that I had to spend!
