Customer service is not as easy as Samsung thinks

Samsung is a producer and clearly not a retail organisation. They know how to design an build products, but they clearly dont know how to service a customer with a problem. Which in the end will kill the brand image they have so carefully built with creating good products. Samsung should focus on their customer facing processes. They have a lot to learn! And when they do not want to learn: stop selling directly to the consumer.
