My first flagship phone purchase...Samsung s22+. Seems like great hardware. Unfortunately, lack of support has made my experience horrible. I won't EVER buy another Samsung product!They have this insane Chat/Text Support that starts you off with a useless bot just like other companies. Then it connects you to a real person (maybe?), but everytime you answer it reconnects to someone else. The 'person', I use that term loosely, then keeps asking you questions and never reads the previous conversation. Then when you reply, you start off with a bot again and go through this loop of never getting anywhere! You never get an answer to your question! There is no way around this. I can't sign in to my Samsung account (another bug along with buggy Smart Switch that I never got support for....spent hours trying to fix it myself which I did. Nver received an answe from "Support".) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I"VE SEEN and they are ALL BAD.The good thing is I'm in the market for appliance and I won't even be considering a Samsung.I got a smokin' deal on a s22+ for $500 (unlocked, new). I should be so happy, but I'm not. Wish I could put stock Android on it. Samsung's One UI is pretty awful, imo. I'm not seeing anything that is better than stock Android. Ooooo, you get Samsung's calculator and sub-par phone, clock, calendar apps! Really Samsung??? All those things do is make everything more messy. Now I have another damn calendar.
