Samsung is the biggest garbage on the planet! I’ve been in hvac and computer controls for over 30 years and Samsung is always broken when the warranty is up. Do not waist your time or money on a Samsung product. The tech support is always unavailable and they never have anyone who knows anything. The world will be a better place when Samsung is out of business.
