Samsung, NEVER AGAIN!

I am Visually Impaired and I am sick to the teeth, trying to find out how to register my 65" TV.NO number to call, all I want is to speak with someone for help. Samsung UK clearly do not care about people with Disabilities.This is the last time we are buying a Samsung product. My wife was about to buy a new Samsung phone. Going to Apple now!
