No customer service on promo offers. Both my husband and I bought new phones before Christmas from sky but we're unaware that the offer had to be made via Samsung. We have tried unsuccessfully to obtain buds and £100 ,cash back but emails containing all necessary information has not been received by them even though it has been "sent". Tried calling customer service but no answer. So angry and frustrated by complete lack of customer service. What's going on Samsung? False advertising? Non existent customer service not well done at all.
