I decided to switch to a Samsung phone after 20 years. I have had nothing but trouble with said phone. When it was sent for repair they said that it was water damage even though it had not been near any water. It was repaired and sent back.It did the same again so I asked for a replacement phone.They repaired it again and sent it back. For how long we'll see.My wife also got a new Samsung at the same time and now hers is in for repair. The cause or so they say is water damage !Is this the excuse they use for shoddy equipment or are we just very unlucky.
