Im realy frustrated from whole situation about promo action. Unprofesional staff on Slovakia unfuncion apolikation to promo acion and last problem is with sell old mobile phone to Samsung.Based on the confirmation from Samsung service my old mobile phone has a standard production problem from Samsung side. And you dont pay me for my phone standard price , but you take me money for your mistake. Im realy sad..and I have to talking about this with my friends and I have to inform people about this situation in review.And I will talking about this with Slovak consumer protection office.
