NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!!!!!I have been through hell for the past 2 weeks with them, and at the end of the day they are still doing what they said they would they do not listen to the customer they just keep on repeating the same thing over and over again DONT BUY SAMSUNG!!!!!!!!!!
