I purchased a Z Fold 5. Poor signal, can't send texts half of the time, drops the connection with the Samsung watch, no network connection message at least once per day. I have reset the wifi, bluetooth and network connections as well as booted in safe mode and searched for updates as per the support teams instructions. Now they want me to drive 2 towns over to a repair center. That is over 50 miles total. I'm not wasting my gas or my time to do that when the phone is still under warranty. They REFUSE to send a replacement phone. What is the point of warranty when I have to do all of the leg work? I have been is contact with support teams DAILY and a CEO Rep who all of them do not care that they have lost a long time customer for life. They simply refuse to replace the device.
