I bought a tv in April. It was faulty and was picked up by a local courier, who passed it on to 2 others. The second one has misplaced it and it’s lost. Apparently I don’t get a refund or replacement unless it’s found! Not good enough. Poor service with idiot people who wanted me to “spell” the gap in between the courier company name (I did all the research myself and was giving them there name) and have given me 2 months (so far) of stress. It was a 42 inch TV I cannot afford to replace!
