Phone tradein didn't go well

I had my s22 ultra for only 2 years no water damage no cracks with a little scuff on the corner of my phone. Did an update and all of a sudden phone wouldnt load to the home screen. I did a trade in because of that reason. I did a trade in for a samsung z fold 6 and shipped my ultra s22 for a inspection test. It turned on but didn't make it to the homescreen. Anyways, long story short. It did not pass the inspection and they waited till the last moment to send me an email stating my phone didn't pass the inspection test and will be charged the full amount. I called them on the day when I received the email and wanted to do a returned on the z fold 6. Customer service told me it was a day late on the return window and was willing to send me a email within 24 hours. I waited 24 hours and never received an email. So now I'm Forced to pay the full price in which I can't afford and if they dont get the rest of the money they will disable my phone. Now, I'm stuck paying $870 that I paid for the phone and they will disable my device. I keep calling customer service to tell them I want to return the phone and they keep giving me the run around with 7 different departments. I got fed up and did a dispute transaction against samsung for trying to stall the process of my returns. These big company is scamming people out of their money. This will be the last time I will ever buy any samsung product.
