Terrible customer service follow up (non-existent!). No accountability whatsoever!! Got a brand new s24 phone, within a couple weeks I noticed when I click an app it opens up an entirely different page, that seems to me it's a motherboard issue. January 8th I called their customer support line then asked for a supervisor. I could not continue the conversation and asked if we could continue the next day. I was more than assured I would be contacted the next day. We are almost 2 weeks later and not one response! I don't know how they can remain in business with their terrible customer service support
