Their customer service reps lie just to get you off the phone, and there is absolutely no urgency on their end to resolve the issue.The Refund Process is a JokeThey require a 3+ year-old receipt, and if it’s faded or damaged, too bad for you.Even though the fridge displays a clear error code, they force you to pay out-of-pocket for a repair diagnostic just to prove what is already obvious.I’m also required to hold onto the defective fridge indefinitely until they decide it's necessary to take action—all while having to buy a replacement on my own dime.Samsung’s warranty is essentially worthless if they won’t actually honor it.
