I bought a Galaxy Ring at its launch, mostly for the battery duration claimed in their specs: "for sizes 12,13 battery life up to 7 days on a single charge". After 4 months the battery in 1 day was completely drained. I brought it to Samsung official assistance and they reset the ring, ran a 30 min test, gave it me back with a paper saying "all test passed". I was not convinced, but gave them the benefit of doubt. Tested for a couple of days and again the battery lasted for 16 hrs. I brought it back, insisting they have to make more than a reset. After 2 days they cancelled the ticket, called me to say that everything was fine. I texted Samsung service desk asking to escalate the case, so far no one called me. I went to the assistance, took it back with the same test result and now I have an overpaid ring that doesn't work as they claim, but for them is fine.
