I have been a loyal Samsung customer for years and genuinely thought that by buying directly from Samsung, I would receive better service—how wrong I was!I ordered a French fridge freezer on Monday, 3 March 2025, and paid in full for next-day delivery. After waiting with no updates, I had to chase Samsung for two days just to get an answer, only to be told that my item won't be delivered until 23 March 2025—a shocking 20-day delay!I have a family of five, including three young children, and needed this fridge urgently. Had I known about this unacceptable delay, I would have ordered elsewhere—AO.com is offering the same product with next-day delivery.To make things worse, when I requested a refund, I was told it would take 7-10 days to process. How can Samsung take payment instantly but take over a week to return my money?I expected better service from Samsung. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I will seriously reconsider purchasing from them again. Would not recommend if you need reliable delivery and customer service.
