I have a washer with a door seal that was faulty and has been leaking for some time ,Samsung customer services said it was me who damaged the rubber and it clearly wasn't, it has now damaged my cupboards and they said they are not taking any responsibility..all my home appliances and phone is Samsung after this bad experience i will never buy or recommend Samsung products again.Their response is unacceptable and I will be in contact with the Ombudsmans to sort it out..please don't buy their shit products
