after a month, device (Galaxy S25) started turning on and off continuously. I rested my phone to the factory setting two times and the issue didn't resolve. Got walk in appointment and they were not able to fix it. I was told to mail my phone and wait for 13 days to get my phone back. I requested a replacement, but it is not their option. I need to use a passkey from my cellphone every day to start on my work on company laptop. I mailed it and got my phone after a week. The issue still exist and I was told to send it back for the second time. Ridiculous.
