I recently bought a Galaxy S25 Ultra from Samsung Portugal through their trade-in program, promising up to €500 back for my Galaxy S23 Ultra. What a mistake! Their website was riddled with technical issues, and after more than three months of constant back-and-forth, they rejected my perfectly functional phone for trade-in, claiming the IMEI I submitted was completely different from the one on my actual phone—something absolutely impossible unless their faulty system mixed up my data with someone else’s.Even worse, they now demand €30 just to send back MY OWN phone! Samsung and their Italian partner (World Business S.r.l.) provided zero helpful customer support and shifted blame entirely onto me, despite their technical errors.After years of loyalty to Samsung, I feel completely deceived. Avoid at all costs—they clearly don't value their customers and won't stand by their own promotions.Never again, Samsung.
