Never buy anything from Samsung through Trade-In program

As you can see for other customers as well, everyone are unhappy with this giant company.I wish it was a zero or negative rating as well.As a Korean, never expected this bad experience with a big company. It's been a while I was in touch with the customer service team and has been escalated to higher ups but no result. They do not want to accept that there are some mistakes in their services and try to cover it with adding their belief to their responses to complaint. After many years of being a Samsung customer, I will be happy to buy other brands rather than them whoever have better cusotmer experience.In a nutshel, used their trade-in program, made a mistake in choosing my phone in the drop down menu, they returned the phone without contacting me (contrary to their T&Cs) with destroying the original box and its contents with saying "Hygine protocle". As a common sense, the original box and the contents is not a personal thing (e.g. case or cover) but ...!I will do my best to spread my word in the Korean community and in Australia to know not to trade in with them at all costs.
