Tech support "specialist" are rude,condescending and know nothing of the product. The will not listen to the issues customer having with equipment, and will talk over the customers. After 15 years,I am done with Samsung. Absolutely reprehensible. Samsung is the only company I have dealt with, even sinking to depths below Xfinity.
