Samsung sucks, i mean really sucks, worst cell i have ever used! And lately the morons forced an update on people making the cellphones even worse. This is the ONLY company ive ever seen that makes products worse year after year! Ive even tried to help the incompetent company by sending suggestions, explaining that people dont want a product that works better before the latest updates, but the morons never reply back, dont care or are too incompetent to know what to do. No wonder why when i walk into stores there is an entire isle dedicated to Apple products and yet only a small section for Samsung junk. Tonight i tried to switch between 2 new Samsung phones but because this company makes junk and they suck, it took an hour and never even worked. I tried to Google it but nothing they suggested worked, and its all because of the latest updates morons installed on phones. Its like they want to go out of business? I would avoid buying anything Samsung fyi.
