I returned a Samsung TV over 3 years ago, and I’m still waiting for my refund. Despite following all instructions and contacting customer support, case managers, and even the President’s Office, no one has taken ownership or resolved my issue.I’ve been patient and respectful through this process, but after years of silence and empty promises, I feel ignored, disrespected, and financially impacted.
