Absolutely horrific customer service.

I don't think I have ever encountered worse customer care than Samsung Till this day, Samsung still owes me compensation money. I purchased this microwave to replace an earlier product that needed to be returned. I had brought haul away and installation service with this microwave. It took Samsung 4 weeks to complete this order. In fact, they never solved it. I did it for them. Samsung outsource the delivery, pick up, and installation to a third party, called RXO (the most incompetent vendor). Between Samsung and RXO, they couldn't figure out how to schedule professional installer to remove the return product and install the new one. After hours and hours on the call with them, and emails, and 4 weeks went by, I ended up calling professional installer myself and got them to come to complete this task. Samsung still owes me compensation money they had promised, and now they are denying it. I will never buy from them again! I can't express how much I hate them.
