I bought a Samsung tv in USA worth over $2000 and paid extra for the required full warranty. In less than 12 months i discovered some abnormal lines on the tv screen. After contacting Samsung, a technician was sent over and i was informed that Samsung will neither repair nor replace my tv. This is difficult for me to understand.
