So May 10, 2025 I purchase a 65” in flat screen tv for my grandmother for Mothers Day; today June 20, 2025 she opened the box and tried to turn the tv on to only see circles and dark lines on it. RUN as fast as you can before purchasing anything Samsung due to their damaged inventory. Their customer service sucks and refuse to replace anything even if it arrived damaged. I Definitely will not purchase nothing else Samsung! Spread the word and please don’t buy! 🗑️
