Horrible customer service! Been locked in for almost 3 years, will NOT be renewing, called due to not being able to inactivate a user to then add user Where informed our basic healthcare cloud base plan didn’t qualify to receive technical support? We had to go through our sales executive only to learn it’s as simple as using a different browser. My biggest warning to others is you will spend a fortune paying a third party (where they didn’t clearly inform us until after contracted/stuck) to customize your site for your business needs, then to pay them their monthly fee only to not even get basic tech support. Be aware and research as we have learned so many other softwares are out their that perform the same for 1/8 of the cost without contracts
