Sage engaged a market research partners, serrula research to conduct a Vox pop of payroll service providers in the UK. I gave up over two hours of my time on the promise that I will be recompensed for that time. I've contacted serrula research occasions now and despite having email chain promising payment, they've decided not to come back to me. Shame on them and shame on Sage.
