ZERO STARS.I am at my wits end with this company! We have been very patient and understanding throughout this whole experience. We anticipated that because of COVID, communications were down and very slow. We have been very patient with the fact that our cruise went off the site without any communication and we then were missing over $1,000.00 in refund after trying to pay before the date, and had tried to contact regarding it. When we finally get any type of response, we are told the are going to keep the over $1,000 for a penalty. This is false, unfair, and really bad business. I would hope you could see how many times before March 9th we tried to pay. I know they can see that we finally reached out about our struggle on March 9th, the due date. It was very wrong to then be told we were being penalized for not paying. I was on hold for 40 minutes before someone picked up, put on hold again, and then after 30 more minutes, the line hung up! I have never been so mad at a company before. This is ridiculous.
