Good costumer service

I had a cruise booked through their website for end of September 2020 through to the first week of October. When it became clear that the cruise was cancelled I went to their website and clicked refund and received my money back way faster then expected. I was expecting 2 months but actually received full payment back within 2 weeks. The company was not the best with keeping you up to date. But when I checked online the information was correct and there to find, this was in June 2020. For me the process went smoothly when I used the website.
