Horrible customer service. This company will keep your money hostage. Sure, they can do it legally because of what is in the contract, but should they, if they want repeat customers? They are refusing to give a refund to my family. We canceled our cruise in 2020 as the pandemic started. We were only given a choice to have cruise credit for a future cruise. We rebooked for Oct. 2021. That cruise was canceled. We thought, hey, at least this time we'll get a refund. Wrong. They are still refusing to refund. Meanwhile, my mom was diagnosed with cancer and my parents finding it more and more difficult to travel/move around due to health, not to mention not wanting to risk exposure to COVID, even fully vaccinated, because of being immune-compromised. This horrible, deceptive company refuses to make an exception for health reasons. Imagine thinking that good customer service is refusing a refund to people who are too ill to go on a future cruise.ETA: my sister got through and we may be getting the refund. I will wait until the money hits my parents' bank account, and if so, I will change my review to reflect a more positive outcome.
