Company has terrible customer service

Company has terrible customer service. Cruise in 2019 canceled due to hurricane - had to call multiple times to get cruise credits and even more times to get taxes and fees refunded, 2020 extension due to COVID, booked in 2021 and canceled for personal reason - after this I only received one credit for the additional amount paid - they lost the other credits also had to call again to get taxes and fees refunded. This might have been a great company pre-pandemic if you had no issues or cancellations. Just plan on a perfect booking and trip so you won’t need customer service and you should be fine. Now I’m on hold for the 3rd time with the 3rd representative. Going in hour 3 just for today. So many hours of my life wasted trying to get this company to fix its own mistakes - your time is more valuable. Book elsewhere
