Virtual balcony didn't work went to guest services who said they would get someone to look at the issues. 7 days later they reported it couldn't be fixed and offered $100 compensation. We removed all tips on the last day due to service we received and gave to all staff who was good. On return they have taken tips from all rooms and not paid the $100. They are an absolute joke. Anthem of the Seas is a substandard boat with substandard staff. Wast of £10,000.
