Our Alaska Glacier Cruise on RC’s Quantum of the Seas was a real disappointment, and it seems that Royal Carribbean could care less. I have called and written two letters to complain of the lack of hot water in the shower for 3 days, terrible food, and excursions cancelled due to the ship having one less engine, but, as yet, have not received a reply from them. It seems that all they care about is making money and not customer satisfaction.
