Holding my money!!

Just went on a cruise with my family last week from the 16th -20th. They are unfairly and unjustly holding $836 of my money that they are calling "random holds." This is money we did NOT spend and no where in the fine print does it say you will hold almost $1000 of my money. I paid my final bill. How on earth is this ok? This led us to believe their was fraud on our CC which led us to canceling it on top of being on hold with your company for over an hour and being transferred 3 times and hung up on twice! I will never sail then again. Thank you for the stressful vacation and return!
