We have a upcoming cruise this weekend. I had our son in law book for us so my wife wouldn't see the charges, the cruise was her Christmas gift. My son in law mistakenly booked a interior room instead of a ocean view balcony room. I called RC to try to change it and ofcourse it is sold out. I asked if there was a cancelation list that we could get on and maybe get lucky and get a ocean view room. The agent on the other end of the line did not speak very good English and I couldn't get her to understand what I was asking. It's very simple, should someone cancel that has the room that we want, can we upgrade? Then I asked for a supervisor that might understand what I was asking, I was put on hold and forgot about! We haven't even boarded yet and already the customer service is a joke!
