Royal Caribbean is a scam. I booked over the phone and was told I could be refunded if I cancel within a certain amount of time. I tried to cancel and they refused. They wouldn’t even give me a credit. They called me a liar when I said I was told I could be refunded my deposit. Horrible customer service. Lucy in resolutions called me a liar multiple times.
