Took money from our creditcards after the cruise & worst company I've ever dealt with!

The worst company I've ever dealt with!! From beginning to the very end; they've done nothing but trick us and took money even after the cruise was over! First they got our obc wrong, then they said I didn't pay for the obc, then they changed our chosen cabin without informing us (we payed especially for that cabin; it costs extra to pick a specific cabin yet they changed it and we had ro pay extra to get it back!) Then they got our packages mixed up, didn't send us our cruise documents, gave us extra obc on the actual cruise but then claimed it back after the cruise. 2 days prior to embarcation claimed we owed them 1300 dollars then said "sorry, our bad! We'll stand by our mistake and it won't cost you" (but after the cruise they've now deducted 1300 dollars from our creditcards (!).They even forgot to give us the "appology birthday celebration for having gotten the obc wrong", didn"t send us our final bill and no form to fill out on customer satisfaction/review" so absolutely nothing has gone to plan with this horrific company!!Don't sail with RC!! Choose another company! Very rude when contacted by phone.Only good thing was our fabulos cabin steward Alma and wonderful serving staff in MDR Noel and Vincent!! Hard working lovely people, unfortunately due to RC we didn't get to fill in our personal review to say we loved the jobs you did because they never sent us one.
