I’ve had a great experience using Rover! After the first few requests, I found some amazing sitters who’ve taken great care of my dog, Mia. Booking is easy, communication is straightforward, and the peace of mind is unmatched.The only thing I’d love to see improved is how households are managed. Right now, only the account holder gets messages, which can be a little tricky when you’re sharing responsibilities. For example, I had to go into work last minute, so my partner was the one dropping Mia off. I had to ask the sitter for their personal number and share ours so they could coordinate directly, which felt like a bit of a workaround.It would be really helpful if there were a way to add a household member or co-owner to a booking so both people can communicate with the sitter directly. Aside from that, I highly recommend the platform!
