The magic of Reddit is this: You can visit it when you know what you are looking for and you can also visit it when you have no idea what you are looking for.
It is a place to read (and generally find resources) about things that interest you and ofcourse post about things that interest you (but be ready to be judged about the content you post). Once you get the hang of it I can guarantee to you that you will get addicted to it.
