Ravelry used to be a good site to search for patterns until 10 yrs ago when the owner showed his true character and started banning people who didn’t agree with him. It got worse over the years and he since put out his mission statement of how he will ban anyone who doesn’t agree with his political opinions or his political leanings. If you’re not a Facisist, you’re not welcome. The owner also keeps all account’s passwords and designer’s data, so if you delete your account after taking down your patterns, he will reopen your account without your knowledge and customers have access to your patterns without your knowledge. He has allowed political groups to remain, as long as those groups are left leaning, which shouldn’t even be allowed considering it’s a Knit/Crochet Database for patterns. No other website allows such. There are far better places and websites than Ravelry.
