I rushed to get Pro when they launched it a year ago because they said the $59 was a special introductory offer. If I bought it within a week, I would get to retain that price. After that, it would be $159 or something like that. All bullcrap. First, I've just been charged $70 instead of the original $59, even though their price is still $59 on the website (it never went up...). Second, I didn't actually mean to renew just yet, since I still have a lot of work to do before I launch the website. I asked for a refund explaining the reasons and the answer was: "Sorry to disappoint you but we don't do refunds. here's the link to the policy." All decent companies offer a grace period. Clearly, Math Rank are not that decent - and they make false claims in their advertising and pricing offers
