Dreadful company run entirely by robots. It is impossible to contact a human being, get any form of support or customer service, have a phone call answered, or return an email to them (all no-reply). Quickbooks stole over £180 from my account after I cancelled my subscription for a service that was not fit for purpose. They took that money without permission from my account in my name. But Mary Joan from Quickbooks has now made contact saying I am not an authorised contact, so cannot be refunded. This makes no sense, they can take money out of my account but are not authorised to refund it???? I have no choice now but to go through the Small Claims court for my refund and even have to resort to Royal Mail - fingers crossed they open their post!
